Product Introduction:

The disc-type air diffuser is used to increase the oxygen content in wastewater treatment. When air passes through the device, it is divided into countless small bubbles.

Product Advantages:

1. The air diffuser disc is designed with a protruding part along the end, featuring several bars at the bottom of the protruding part and inside the coil support groove. The diaphragm’s thickness increases up to 10mm. After assembly, the gasket is raised to securely fix the diaphragm in the support disc groove. At the same time, the ribs are retained inside the rubber diaphragm to seal tightly and keep the diaphragm from coming loose.
2. The base of the disc aeration tube is carefully processed to prevent the breaking of the tube.
3. The structure of the air path is optimized, and the gas pore area is expanded, with the angled design reducing the resistance loss of the product in the working state.
4. The diffuser is equipped with six “L” shaped handles around the outer casing. This design prevents the diaphragm from coming loose due to the plastic thread’s stretching caused by the membrane’s expansion pressure over an extended period in the working condition of the aeration device.
